Learning Budget

Objective:

In accordance with our cultural value of Life Long Learning and to promote learning culture within the team, The company provides a Learning Budget of Rs 2500 per year per employee, which increases to Rs 10,000 as employees stay with us longer. Employees can use this budget for upskilling activities like buying learning courses, books, or anything that helps them grow their skills, which aligns with the company’s direction.

The leaning budget increses from 2,500 to 3,500 to 5,500 to 7,500 and reaches up to 10,000 for every year employee stays with us and provided employee has consumed smaller amounts previously. For example, if employee has not consumed 2500, then his learning buget will stay at 2500 and will not increase with passing years.

The amount will be reimbursed once you have completed your training courses and on receipt or invoices.

Process:

  • Candidates can take any course, book, or other material to help them unlearn their knowledge and skills for Rs 2500 in the first year of their joining.
  • The amount will be reimbursed once you have completed your training courses and on receipt or invoices.
  • Upload the receipt on the keka, which will be taken care of by HR/Finance and reimbursed.
  • After one year, the amount will gradually start to increase from Rs 2500 to Rs 10000 based on your previous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Comany reserves the right accept or decline the reimbursed amount based on the learning material and its relevance to the company’s growth.
