Rewards and Recognition Program

This policy provides guidelines for extending rewards and recognition to team members who demonstrate outstanding performance and a robust attitude towards continuous improvement, learning, and growth. The focus is on building a performance-driven culture and boosting the team members’ morale. We run our rewards and recognition program quarterly with our quarterly review cycle.

The policy covers various awards, eligibility criteria for nomination and the process followed to redeem the awards. This policy extends to all team members of the organisation, irrespective of when they joined us.

Objectives:

Objectives of this policy are

  • Recognition of outstanding performers and reward them for their contribution to Crownstack
  • The goal is to set benchmarks of high performance and to encourage a performance-oriented work culture.
  • Inculcate an attitude of excellence in customer service, behaviour, and passion among team members.
  • Foster a culture of learning and self-initiative towards skill development.
  • Strengthening our E.L.A.S.T.I.C work culture by rewarding those team members who swear by it.
  • To brighten the future prospects of our team members when they look for new opportunity. Our team members can proudly show their achievements to their future employers.

Outstanding Newcomer Award

The Outstanding Newcomer Award recognises team members who are new to Crownstack and have demonstrated their potential to excel. Team leaders will nominate the members for this award.

Criteria-

  1. The individual has joined Crownstack within 6 months of being nominated and has shown commitment to excellence and high standards in a consistent manner
  2. The individual demonstrated outstanding performance in the project or assignment, and the client/customer/manager appreciated the contributions made by the individual.

Client Hero Award

This award recognises individuals who surpass expectations in providing outstanding client service. It fosters a client-focused culture and encourages employees to build strong relationships that drive customer success.

Criteria-

  1. The individual exceeds client expectations through outstanding service and contributes to the client’s success by providing innovative solutions.
  2. The individual effectively solves client challenges, enhances project delivery, and builds strong, long-term client relationships.
  3. The individual has received positive feedback from clients because he/she made significant contributions to the client’s success.

Project Hero Award

This award is given to individuals who have significantly contributed to the success of a project. It recognises excellence in innovation, teamwork, and problem solving that leads to impactful results.

Best Team Lead

The purpose of these awards is to recognise outstanding mentors for their contributions. These awards will recognise those who serve as exemplary role models and resources for fellow team members and across the organisation. Their innovation, time, and dedication to creating successful mentor/mentee relationships have been crucial to ensuring the success of our organisation; thank you for your continued efforts!

Best Content Award

One of the core tenets of Crownstack’s E.L.A.S.T.I.C Culture is Life Long Learning, which we encourage through our quarterly #COMET learning goals. Our team members generally write long-form content on our blog and we reward people based on the quality of content produced. Employee of the Quarter

The “Employee of the Quarter” award is a recognition program designed to acknowledge and celebrate employees who have demonstrated exceptional performance, dedication, or contribution to the organization during a specific quarter.

Criteria-

  1. Consistent high performance, innovative contribution, and Exceptional customer service or problem-solving skills
  2. Exemplary teamwork, collaboration and alignment with company values and goals

Longevity Award

This award recognises the appreciated time that team members spend at Crownstack. This award is categorised into two parts-

  1. Iron Pillar—This award recognises those team members who have completed five years of service with us.
  2. Collared Diamond—This award recognises those team members who have completed 10 years of service with us.
