SHE-WILL Program

Objective:

As an organization grows in size, female employees are left behind due to various reasons and leadership positions are mostly occupied by men over time. Therefore, here at Crownstack, we have a special program for female employees to train them for leadership positions or to give them accelerated growth by providing them a fast-track training program named SHE-WILL.

The following members will recommend selection of female employees in this program:-

  1. Team Leads.
  2. Core Management Team or Head of Department.
  3. Any female employee herself can submit a request to HR if she is interested.

Guideline to shortlist members:

  1. Excellent Individual Contributor
  2. A focus on Collective need
  3. A desire to move up to the next level
  4. Completed COMET Goals in last all quarters

Process to Execute:

  1. Nominations for the “SHE WILL” program will be collected every quarter with the performance review cycle. HR will decide who will be selected from these nominations for SHE-WILL program.
  2. HR team will decide a buddy to help the candidate in #SHE-WILL program. The buddy could be a Team Lead (Reporting Manager), Department head or any other person assigned by the HR team.
  3. Training in the quarter will be “On the Job training”, where your Team Lead and Buddy will assist in your new role-assigned (or expected).
  4. Bi-weekly meetings will be held with your buddy & Team Lead to discuss your challenges and to overcome your issues related to your team and project.
  5. This goal will come under your COMET Quarterly goal and will be updated by TL on Quick Teams.
  6. Your Buddy and Team Lead will take feedback, which will be tracked accordingly on Quick Teams.
  7. Based on your performance in the quarter, you will be confirmed in the given role by HR
  8. Your salary and designation will be revised based on the band structure.
  9. If your performance does not meet our expectations, you will similarly perform your duties to your last role.
  10. They will track employee progress and ensure documentation on Quick Teams.

Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) — Team leads, Department heads or the female employee herself.

Other Notes:

  1. #SHE-WILL is part of bigger initiative within Crownstack i.e #COMET (Center of managing employee’s talent)
  2. Decisions made by the HR team will be final in any case.
  3. Selection in #SHE-WILL program does not mean that candidate is being promoted. It only means that, company is helping the person to grow by providing training and depending on performance, the company can decide to promote a person.
  4. #SHE-WILL is open for all female employees, irrespective of their experience or department.
  5. If a female employee wants more information about this program, they can get in touch with HR. The onus is on them.
  6. Female employees do not have to wait for someone to nominate them. They can be proactive and get in touch with HR directly.
